Nights of Lights Sail-
5:30 a special Night of Lights sail aboard the Schooner Freedom. See nearly three million tiny white lights come alive for St. Augustine’s spectacular Nights of Lights — plus, the schooner’s holiday lights sparkle in unison! This special cruise departs from the City Marina at 5:30 p.m. and returns at 7:30 p.m. The cruise is $55 plus tax per person and includes complimentary soda, water, beer and wine.
Castillo de San Marcos by Candlelight
Candlelight tours of the ancient Spanish fortress, Castillo de San Marcos, take place on the third Saturday of the month. Weather permitting. 9th Annual St. Johns County Festival of Trees at World Golf Village
The St. Johns County Convention Center and Renaissance World Golf Village Resort showcase trees and wreaths decorated and donated by local businesses, organizations, families and friends from the community. The display is open daily from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. and from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. on the final day. Admission is free. The trees and wreathes will be part of a silent auction and visitors will also be encouraged to fill out a ballot indicating the number of votes (in minimum $1 bids) they would like to cast for their favorites. Holidays at Colonial Quarter During the annual Nights of Lights event
The Colonial Quarter transforms into a fantastic holiday wonderland each evening beginning at 6 p.m. The two-acre site will be open at no charge November 23, 2013, through January 4, 2014. S’more stations, hot chocolate, cider and mulled wine will be served up along with the joyous sound of carolers.
