Flagler College Tours

Take a tour of Flagler College that highlights the architectural heritage of the former Hotel Ponce de Leon. Built by millionaire developer, Henry Flagler, in 1888, the hotel is considered one of the finest examples of Spanish Renaissance architecture and houses the largest collection of in use Louis Comfort Tiffany stained glass windows. Located at 74 King Street, tours depart from the Rotunda at the top of each hour between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Admission is $10.00 for adults, $1.00 for children, and free to St. Johns County Residents.

St. Augustine Eco Tours

Eco Tours - St. Augustine Eco Tours take nature enthusiasts of all ages on guided tours of the waters and salt marshes surrounding the Oldest City. See coastal birds like ospreys and herons, marine mammals including bottlenose dolphin and an occasional manatee -- all in a beautiful setting of amazing scenery. Daily tours aboard their special explorer vessel take 2-6 guests through 12 miles of tidal creeks and coastal waters -- listen for dolphin conversations using the vessel's underwater microphones! $40 per adult, $35 for children ages 3-12, $15 for infants to age 2. St. Augustine Distillery

The new St. Augustine Distillery opened its doors to the public for the first time this month. The beautiful new distillery is located in the historic power and ice plant built in stages between 1905 and 1927. The distillery will offer free tours and tastings from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday and 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sunday. The grand opening includes the release of the first spirit legally produced in Northeast Florida since prohibition. Nao Victoria Tour

Tour this full-sized replica 16th century Spanish tall ship. Docked at the St. Augustine City Marina. The Nao Victoria is a replica of the first ship to successfully circumnavigate the world commanded by Ferdinand Magellan in the 16th century. The Addams Family at The Limelight Theatre

Lost Skills Workshop Series

Learn lost skills from the past in this series of workshops presented by the St. Augustine Amphitheatre in cooperation with local artisans. Music by the Sea

Every Wednesday from May 15- September 24 St Augustine pier will play host to Anastasia Island's "music by the sea." This weekly event will feature live music from some of st augustine's best local musicians. Each week will be hosted by a different local restaurant and will feature meals for around $10. Patrons are encouraged to bring towels and chairs for increased comfort. Parking is limited so arrive early! Admission is free for all ages. First Friday Art Walk

While staying at Carriage Way Bed and Breakfast, you can experience a rare treat. The first Friday of each month, St. Augustine becomes a colorful festival of art and revelry. Whether you're a serious collector or a casual browser, gallery owners welcome you to stroll the city's brick-lined streets. Enjoy live entertainment while popping in to peruse everything from fine art photography to funky gifts.

More than 20 galleries open their doors from 5 to 9 p.m. and serve up special refreshments along with a diversity of objets des artes to view or purchase. There are gallery openings and artist receptions... and it's all free. Even parking is gratis at the San Sebastian Winery on King Street. Rather not walk? Take a free ride, literally, compliments of St. Augustine Sightseeing Trains and Old Town Trolley Tours.

13th Annual Tactile Art Show & Thread to the Past: 1855 St. Augustine Bayfront Quilt

First Friday Art Walk grand opening reception for this popular show at the St. Augustine Art Association features "touchable" art created in partnership with the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind. Plus, The Piecemaker's Quilt Guild rolls out a panoramic interpretation of St. Augustine's 19th century harbor. This collaborative quilt celebrates St. Augustine's 450-year old artisan traditions. The free gallery reception is 5 - 9 p.m. on the 3rd. Sunset celebration at Vilano Beach town center

February 1st will feature a celebration of a spectacular sunset across the bay featuring dozens of market vendors, live music, local arts and crafts and more at the Vilano Pier on the Intracoastal Waterway. 5th Annual Fiesta de Aviles

A celebration of St. Augustine's Old Town heritage with live music, costumes, art exhibits and a special running of the "bulls" along Aviles Street. Activities are from 4 - 10 p.m. Admission is free. Datil Pepper Festival and Cook-Off

Annual celebration of the spicy little Datil Pepper! On Saturday, local restaurants participate in a cook off of recipes using the datil pepper in appetizers and entrees. Judging is from 11:30am – 1pm! Vote for your favorite 'pepper' delight. Tickets are $1 each. The Home and Garden Show takes place on Saturday and Sunday.
