Flagler College Tours

Take a tour of Flagler College that highlights the architectural heritage of the former Hotel Ponce de Leon. Built by millionaire developer, Henry Flagler, in 1888, the hotel is considered one of the finest examples of Spanish Renaissance architecture and houses the largest collection of in use Louis Comfort Tiffany stained glass windows. Located at 74 King Street, tours depart from the Rotunda at the top of each hour between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Admission is $10.00 for adults, $1.00 for children, and free to St. Johns County Residents.

St. Augustine Eco Tours

Free Admission to Fountain of Youth for Florida Educators

During Florida Educators Appreciation Summer, Florida educators get free admission to Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth! Just present your photo ID with Florida Educator pay stub or school ID at the FOY ticket window. Standard admission rates apply to other members of the party. St. Augustine Distillery

The new St. Augustine Distillery opened its doors to the public for the first time this month. The beautiful new distillery is located in the historic power and ice plant built in stages between 1905 and 1927. The distillery will offer free tours and tastings from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday and 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sunday. The grand opening includes the release of the first spirit legally produced in Northeast Florida since prohibition. Nao Victoria Tour

Tour this full-sized replica 16th century Spanish tall ship. Docked at the St. Augustine City Marina. The Nao Victoria is a replica of the first ship to successfully circumnavigate the world commanded by Ferdinand Magellan in the 16th century. Historic Weapons Demonstration
Date: 8/15 - 8/17

National Parks Service personnel demonstrate the weapons and relate the experiences of the Colonial Spanish soldier stationed in St. Augustine in 1740's. Demonstration times are 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. and at 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. throughout the year. Firing times are subject to change depending on weather conditions and staff availability. The Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fortification in the U.S., was built by the Spanish in 1672 to help protect their empire in the New World. Admission is $7 for adults. Reggae Sunday at the Conch House

March 2-Sept. 28: The Conch House Marina Resort, 57 Comares Ave., hosts Reggae Sundays from 3 to 7 p.m. each Sunday. Mondays Lost Ships Tour at the St. Augustine Lighthouse

This exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour includes a multi-media presentation with one of the Lighthouse's marine archaeologists. Tour participants visit areas of the Historic Light Station that are off-limits for general admission visitors. Participants will also see recovered artifacts that are undergoing tedious cleaning and stabilization procedures undertaken by conservators. Free time will be available to see museum exhibits in the historic Keeper's House and to also climb the 165' lighthouse. The lighthouse is located at 81 Lighthouse Avenue in St. Augustine. The Offspring, Bad Religion and Pennywise Concert

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre hosts California punk rock bands The Offspring, Bad Religion and Pennywise on their Summer Nationals 2014 tour. For the first time ever, The Offspring will perform their album Smash live in its entirety. Twelve million copies of Smash have been sold, making it the highest-selling independent record of all time. Bad Religion will pull from their deep catalog and Pennywise will be playing their classic hits as well as songs from their upcoming album. The show starts at 5:30 p.m. (gates open at 4:30 p.m.). Music by the Sea

Every Wednesday from May 15- September 24 St Augustine pier will play host to Anastasia Island's "music by the sea." This weekly event will feature live music from some of st augustine's best local musicians. Each week will be hosted by a different local restaurant and will feature meals for around $10. Patrons are encouraged to bring towels and chairs for increased comfort. Parking is limited so arrive early! Admission is free for all ages. Concerts in the plaza

This summer the Plaza de la Constitución’s Gazebo will play host to free live music every Thursday until Labor Day. From 7-9pm kick back in the plaza and enjoy some local music. Music varieties will vary from jazz, blues, rock, alternative and country. Lawn chairs and towels are encouraged for comfort, and picnic dinners are popular. This event is alcohol free due to city regulations. The Plaza is located in downtown St. Augustine between Cathedral Place and King Street. Living History at Ximenez-Fatio House Museum

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., professional re-enactors will portray guests staying at St. Augustine's historic Ximenesz-Fatio House during the Second Seminole War (1835-1842). Sara Petty Anderson, the owner of the house; her friend Louisa Fatio; Dr. Peck; and several guests will be portrayed during the "uneasy" times at the historic boarding house. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, admission to the museum is $7 adults; $15 for families; and $5 for students and military.
