Day 3:

St. Augustine has an amazing collection of restaurants with most individually owned and operated. In between breakfast and the 1:00pm or 2:00pm Tasting Tour, visit the St. Augustine Pirate and Treasure Museum (12 S. Castillo Drive). St. Augustine is surrounded by water and so we have a rich history of maritime escapades and yes, Pirates! Learn all about the swashbuckling pirates of years gone by and see real life pirate’s booty on display at the museum open 7 days a week from 10:00am to 7:00pm.

Set Sail on the Schooner Freedom

Once you have made it back to port, hop on the “Trolley of the Doomed” for the Ghosts & Gravestones hour and 20 minute tour. At 450 years old, The Nation’s Oldest City has it’s share of ghosts, gravestones and folklore! Step inside the Oldest Jail and hear “first hand” accounts of what it was like to be a prisoner in the 1800’s. Gain access to the grounds of the St. Augustine Lighthouse where a terrible tragedy occurred in 1873. Plan on returning to the  St. Augustine Lighthouse as you are departing the following day to climb the impressive 164 foot spiraling staircase for 360 degree views of St. Augustine and the Atlantic Ocean!
