This recipe is great for the Strawberry season.

Diane's Honey and Cream Fruit Dressing

1 c. sour cream

1/3 cup honey

2 T. Orange Juice

Fruit

Mix and add more honey until you do not taste the sour cream.  Pour over fruit.  For example:  Strawberries and bananas, pears and apples or you can get creative.

Cleaning tip:  Tomato based products have a tendency to stain plastic containers.  In order to keep your plastic containers from getting stained from the tomato base, rub the inside with vegetable oil before placing the sauce in the container.
