Sapphire keeps the inn's Victorian roots intact — a vintage clawfoot tub in the bath, stained-glass detail at the windows, and the sense that the room hasn't been pulled too far from how it looked in 1883. Best for guests who want the historic feel rather than a modernized stay. Note: not recommended for guests with mobility concerns due to the tub-side step.
