The St. Augustine Distillery was made of a group of locals that shared a dream to bring to their small community to the large national movement of distilling super premium spirits. With the availability of many products grown locally, they knew if they could bring some of the very best distilling experts, they could develop some of the finest spirits.
St. Augustine Distillery offers a free tour of their facility to locals and tourists alike, to watch as they mix, mash, cook, and distill small batches of vodka, rum, gin, and whiskey, in their new historically renovated ice manufacturer plant. Guests learn the history of distilling in Florida, view products that are being made and then enjoy samples of their small batch spirits in their tasting room. With no charge and tours every 30 minutes there is room for everyone.
Children are welcome to the tours, but will not be able to sample any alcoholic samples at the end of the tour. The distillery honors the admission of service animals, but asks you to leave all other animals at home. With first come first serve tours they advise coming 10-15 minutes in advance to the desired tour time.
If you're anywhere in the area, the distillery tour is a must do!! The cocktails were delicious! We can't wait to come back and bring our family and friends!

A friend said I must take the Distillery tour. What a great visit. The story behind the location is wonderful. The tasting was very good. The best thing was Laura the tour guide. She was entertaining and informative with a passion for the St. Augustine Distillery.

Wow, this was an old ice factory, they did a great job with the renovation, not only did they highlight the history of the place but it's very nice and upscale!

A Must see for anyone in the area! Plus, it's free! Anna was a great tour guide and we loved hearing about the history of the building. And they had some great cocktail samples, FREE!
Finest Alcohol!
One of the best tourist attractions anyways in the state. If you have even the slightest interest in spirits the tour is a great way to see inside a very efficient, very passionate facility that produces some of the finest alcohol
