Schooner Freedom

The Schooner Freedom was built in Norfolk, VA and brought to St. Augustine in 2001 by owners Captain John Zaruba and wife Admiral Sarah and is St. Augustine's premiere Tall Ship. Freedom, is the only schooner charter vessel between Charleston and the Florida Keys.

The St. Augustine Distillery FREE Tasting Tour shows guests how we mix, mash, cook and distill small batch vodka, rum, gin and whiskey. Its located in a historically renovated ice manufacturing plant from 1917 and as much of our ingredients from local suppliers and local businesses.

The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, Inc. is a private, non-profit museum dedicated to its mission "to discover, preserve, present and keep alive the stories of the Nation's Oldest Port as symbolized by our working St. Augustine Lighthouse.

Our Calendar of Events lists all the events - big and small whether they're at the beach or downtown. There are historic re-enactments, festivals and fairs, live concerts, and pirate parties, too.
